Robert Pasquale

Robert Pasquale is a founding partner of the law firm Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya in Delaware. With more than three decades of legal experience, he represents injured clients and individuals facing complex legal matters, offering strong advocacy, practical advice, and steady guidance throughout the legal process.

Robert earned a Bachelor of Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University before pursuing his legal education. He later received his Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School, where he built the legal knowledge and skills that would guide his career in litigation and client representation.

Robert focuses much of his practice on plaintiffs’ personal injury claims. Over the years, he has represented many injured individuals and handled numerous jury trials. His work has resulted in several verdicts for clients that exceeded one million dollars in damages.

Robert also has experience handling matters involving family law, insurance law, real estate, and land use law. His broad legal background allows him to assist clients with a variety of legal challenges while providing thoughtful legal strategies and effective courtroom advocacy.

Robert concentrates on litigation involving personal injury, insurance coverage disputes, real estate issues, and business matters. Through years of courtroom experience, he has developed a reputation for careful preparation and determined representation on behalf of his clients.

Robert is admitted to practice law in Delaware and Pennsylvania and is also admitted in New Jersey on inactive status. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Robert Pasquale continues to serve clients across Delaware through Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya, a firm that has grown from two lawyers to more than twenty attorneys and ninety employees dedicated to helping individuals resolve important legal matters.
