Eric Doroshow

Eric Doroshow is an experienced attorney who has spent decades representing individuals, consumers, and small business owners in Delaware. His legal career is built on dedication to helping people understand their rights and resolve legal issues through clear advice, strong advocacy, and practical legal solutions.

Eric Doroshow earned his undergraduate degree from Albright College, graduating cum laude with honors. He later received his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in 1971, where he served on the Law Review and developed a strong foundation in legal scholarship.

Eric represents clients in personal injury, workers’ compensation, bankruptcy, and small business legal matters. Over the years, he has appeared in hundreds of civil trials in Delaware State Courts and the Delaware Bankruptcy Court, and has also handled numerous appeals and adversary actions for his clients.

Eric has helped thousands of individuals file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions. His work also includes representing injured victims in civil jury trials and workers’ compensation hearings, giving clients experienced guidance through complex legal proceedings and important financial decisions.

Eric has also advised small business owners since 1978. His work includes forming limited liability companies, preparing operating agreements, reviewing commercial leases, drafting legal documents, and representing business clients in lawsuits while helping entrepreneurs understand legal responsibilities and protect their businesses.

Eric holds several professional certifications, including Certified Life Coach in 2020 and Certified Mediator through the Delaware Superior Court and Delaware Bankruptcy Court in 2020. He also completed mediation training for Delaware Justice of the Peace Court mediators the same year.

Eric Doroshow remains active in the legal community through membership in the Delaware State Bar Association, Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association of Justice, while continuing to serve clients and share legal knowledge through public speaking and community involvement.
