Daniel E. Jenkins

Daniel E. Jenkins is an attorney and shareholder at the firm, Litster Frost Injury Lawyers, where he focuses on personal injury law. Dan studied at Boise State University and earned his B.A. in Philosophy, cum laude. He later attended the College of Law at the University of Idaho and obtained his J.D. He had an emphasis in Dispute Resolution and Litigation. During law school, he made the Dean’s List and received the “Pro-Bono Above and Beyond” Award for his work with the Mediation Clinics and Family Justice.

Dan launched his legal career at personal injury law firms in Utah and Idaho, working as a Spanish translator, paralegal, pre-litigation manager, negotiator, and case manager. This hands-on experience gave him deep insight into how to effectively handle and resolve personal injury claims. After earning his law degree, Dan joined the Twin Falls County Public Defender’s Office, where he focused on criminal defense and gained extensive trial and courtroom experience, including securing multiple acquittals for his clients.
