Laurie Litster-Frost

Laurie Litster-Frost is the founding attorney and a shareholder of Litster Frost Injury Lawyers, a respected law firm serving injury victims across Idaho. With a strong focus on personal injury and mass tort litigation, she plays a key leadership role in advancing justice for clients harmed by negligence and defective medical products. As the head of the firm’s Mass Torts division, she leads a team that represents individuals injured by unsafe drugs and devices, helping them navigate complex legal challenges and pursue rightful compensation as a personal injury lawyer. Her legal practice also includes small lawsuit resolution matters, ensuring fair outcomes in lower-dollar but significant claims.

Laurie earned her JD from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in April 2006. She also holds a BA in Spanish with a minor in Music, earned in August 1970. Her educational foundation supports both her legal skills and her ability to communicate effectively with a diverse client base, including Spanish-speaking individuals.

Laurie has been committed to making the legal system accessible to everyone since beginning her law career. She has represented countless clients in personal injury cases, from car accidents to mass tort claims, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are protected. With courtroom and settlement experience, she works closely with clients throughout every stage of litigation. Her past experience also includes work as a court interpreter and researcher for constitutional law, demonstrating the depth of her legal knowledge and advocacy.

Laurie Litster-Frost is an active member of the Idaho State Bar, Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, Idaho Women Lawyers, Idaho Legal History Society, J. Reuben Clark Law Society, and the Federalist Society. She is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Idaho and Arizona, including the U.S. District Court for Idaho.
