Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law after completing his undergraduate studies at Texas Christian University. Prior to entering law, Daniel worked in education, serving in admissions roles and later as a school director. His academic and professional background laid the foundation for his legal career, equipping him with essential skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
Throughout his career, Daniel has represented clients in state and federal courts, bringing a deep understanding of courtroom testimony and trial preparation. He also serves as an Ad Litem for children in wrongful death and personal injury cases, ensuring that vulnerable parties receive protection. Additionally, he is a certified court interpreter, further enhancing his ability to serve bilingual communities.
Daniel’s professional contributions extend beyond his legal practice. He regularly instructs at the D.E.A.’s Basic Narcotics Investigator’s School, teaching courtroom demeanor to law enforcement officers in multiple states. His leadership experience also includes serving on the Zoning Commission and Housing Authority in Fort Worth, where he held key roles as Vice Chair and Chair.
