Clark Stith

Clark Stith has built a respected legal career spanning more than three decades. Practicing in Wyoming since 1997, he has guided clients through challenges involving bankruptcy, complex business issues, and civil litigation. Clark began his academic journey at Georgetown University, where he earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Foreign Service in 1991. During the same period, he completed his Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Georgetown University Law Center. These dual degrees provided him with a broad understanding of international relations and a strong legal foundation, equipping him to analyze complicated problems from multiple perspectives.

Clark started his legal career as an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he spent over six years developing his skills in high-level litigation and corporate practice. He later became a Partner at Greenhalgh, Beckwith, Lemich & Stith, further broadening his expertise. Since 1997, he has continued to serve the Wyoming community, advising clients in Rock Springs and beyond with dedication and professionalism.

Clark’s career reflects a commitment not only to the legal field but also to public service. He has been a City Council Member for Rock Springs since 2013, providing leadership and insight on local issues. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Young at Heart Senior Center, where he contributes to improving services for older residents. These roles highlight his focus on community engagement alongside his legal practice.
