Eric earned his B.A. from the University of Texas System, Pan American, in 2012 and his J.D. at the University of Texas School of Law in 2015. While in law school, Eric volunteered with the school’s immigration clinic, where he assisted individuals applying for DACA during its early rollout. He also worked with a child advocacy clinic, which strengthened his commitment to serving vulnerable populations and deepened his compassion for children involved in the legal system.
After graduating from law school, Eric began practicing at a firm focused on representing asylum seekers, gaining valuable hands-on experience in immigration law. He later started his firm, expanding his practice into criminal defense. His work included defending clients in various criminal matters while maintaining a strong presence in the immigration legal community. Eventually, Eric returned to practicing immigration law full-time, supported by a dedicated team of experienced paralegals.
