Dan Seigel

Daniel A. Seigel is the president of the Law Offices of Daniel A. Seigel, P.A. in Boca Raton, Florida. His practice focuses on fiduciary disputes involving estates, wills, trusts, and guardianships. Seigel represents beneficiaries, personal representatives, trustees, and other parties in probate and trust litigation, including will and trust contests, fiduciary duty claims, inheritance disputes, guardianship proceedings, and challenges involving estate administration and asset distribution.

Seigel earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2003 after receiving his B.A. in Political Science magna cum laude from The George Washington University in 2000. Before founding his firm in 2012, he practiced at two South Florida law firms and gained experience working with trial attorneys on contested matters. His education and early litigation background support a practice centered on complex probate, trust, and fiduciary disputes.

Seigel has handled matters involving removal of personal representatives, alleged breaches of fiduciary duty, trust accounting disputes, undue influence, lack of testamentary capacity, intentional interference with inheritance expectations, and contested guardianships. His representative matters include defending personal representatives against will challenges, representing beneficiaries seeking trust distributions and accountings, and pursuing claims to invalidate estate planning documents. He participates in The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and has served on probate-related committees. He is also a member and former president of the Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council.
