Cristiane R. Wolfe

Cristiane “Crissy” Wolfe, Co-Managing Partner at Krevolin & Horst, is a seasoned business lawyer who counsels public and private companies across diverse industries. She represents middle-market businesses in transactions ranging from $5 million to $250 million, handling both buy- and sell-side deals. Her work includes guiding private equity funds through portfolio acquisitions and capital structuring.

Cristiane earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2006 after graduating magna cum laude from Boston University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in History. Admitted to practice in Georgia, Crissy began her career at two AmLaw 100 firms with international reach, where she developed deep experience in corporate and transactional law.

In addition to mergers and acquisitions, Cristiane advises on corporate governance, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, commercial contracts in the technology sector, and daily business operations. She also counsels tax-exempt organizations, including 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) entities, on compliance, governance, and regulatory matters.
