Matthew R. Harrison has built a strong career as a trusted attorney, concentrating his practice on real estate, business law, and estate planning. Matthew first completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at Samford University in 2006, where he was elected President of the Student Government Association. Following that achievement, he earned his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 2009. That same year, he gained admission to practice in Alabama as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, expanding the scope of his service.

Matthew’s real estate practice covers the full life cycle of property deals, including acquisitions, development projects, leasing, construction, and property transfers. He handles both commercial and residential real estate transactions, including complex, multi-state deals. Matthew is also a licensed Alabama title agent for leading underwriters such as Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title, Stewart Title and Guaranty, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and Old Republic/Mississippi Valley Title Insurance Company, enabling him to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end support for real estate transactions.

Matthew also counsels businesses at various stages, from entity formation to acquisitions and operational planning. His advice helps companies navigate important decisions with confidence. Alongside business and real estate services, he maintains a dedicated estate practice, assisting clients with wills, trusts, and administration of estates in Probate Court.
