Jim Griffin

Jim Griffin is a seasoned trial lawyer at Scharnhorst Ast Kennard Griffin, PC, with extensive experience in business and commercial litigation, product liability, and health care disputes. Jim earned his B.S. in economics, cum laude, from Kansas State University in 1980 and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1983. Over his career, Jim has led over 40 jury trials, numerous bench trials, and multi-week arbitrations in Missouri, Kansas, and beyond. Before joining SAKG, he spent three decades at Husch Blackwell LLP, where he served as head of litigation and mentored young trial attorneys.
