Christopher P. St. Sure is a partner at Goodsill and a member of the Business Litigation practice group. His practice spans business litigation, real estate, construction disputes, condominium law, premises liability, and land valuation and lease rent disputes. He is known for delivering practical solutions and effective advocacy for clients navigating complex commercial and property-related challenges.
Christopher earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa’s William S. Richardson School of Law in 2013. Following graduation, he clerked for Judge Edwin C. Nacino of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, where he gained valuable experience in trial practice and judicial process. This foundation continues to shape his litigation strategies and courtroom approach.
Over the course of his career, Christopher has appeared in a wide range of disputes involving landlords and tenants, construction projects, and condominium governance. He also handles cases relating to business operations and commercial contracts. Recognized for his professional accomplishments, he has been listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for 2021 and 2022. In addition, he frequently serves as an arbitrator in the Court Annexed Arbitration Program.
Beyond his client work, Christopher P. St. Sure is deeply engaged in professional and community service. He has been an active member of the Hawai‘i State Bar Association and served as President of its Young Lawyers Division in 2021 after serving as Vice President in 2020. He volunteers year-round for Volunteer Legal Services of Hawai‘i and is a “Wish Granter” for Make-A-Wish Hawai‘i.
