Chris Stewart

Chris Stewart is an accomplished trial attorney recognized for his skill in both jury and bench trials across federal and state courts. His legal experience spans business torts, product liability, professional malpractice, and complex litigation matters. Known for his strategic advocacy, he has represented clients in cases involving contract breaches, fiduciary duties, and personal injury claims.

Chris earned his B.A. magna cum laude from West Texas A & M University in 1992. He continued his education at the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor with High Honors in 1996. During law school, he was a member of the Nebraska Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif, reflecting his outstanding academic achievement.

Chris manages a comprehensive intellectual property practice that includes trademark registration and litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in trademark infringement cases before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in domain name arbitration proceedings.
