Chris earned his B.A. magna cum laude from West Texas A & M University in 1992. He continued his education at the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor with High Honors in 1996. During law school, he was a member of the Nebraska Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif, reflecting his outstanding academic achievement.
Chris manages a comprehensive intellectual property practice that includes trademark registration and litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in trademark infringement cases before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in domain name arbitration proceedings.
