Frank Lyle

Frank Lyle is a highly respected attorney and partner at Springer & Lyle, LLP, where he has represented hundreds of clients in personal injury, insurance disputes, and business litigation across Texas. A Cum Laude graduate of Millsaps College, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1982, Frank went on to receive his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in 1986. Shortly after, he returned to Denton—his hometown—to begin his legal career. His deep understanding of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations has allowed him to successfully represent victims of 18-wheeler and trucking accidents statewide, as well as clients involved in pharmaceutical and medical device injury cases consolidated under federal law.

Beyond litigation, Frank is an accomplished mediator, having conducted more than 200 mediations involving complex disputes in areas such as personal injury, medical malpractice, and business law. A former President of the Denton County Trial Lawyers Association, he continues to serve the legal community through publications, lectures, and professional mentoring. His writings on insurance bad faith, ERISA health plans, and medical necessity laws have been widely cited in Texas legal circles.
