Caspar Jivalagian

Caspar Jivalagian, Esq., is a founding partner of KJT Law Group, LLP, where he represents clients in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and complex litigation matters. Known for his commitment to justice and client advocacy, Caspar has built a reputation for achieving successful outcomes through careful preparation and strategic representation. Before co-founding his firm, he gained valuable experience working with several prominent Los Angeles law firms, honing his litigation and negotiation skills in high-stakes legal disputes.

Caspar earned his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law and completed advanced legal training at Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. He also studied International Cyberlaw at the University of London School of Law and Criminal Law Reform and Justice Policy at the University of British Columbia School of Law. He holds a B.S. from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. His diverse academic background equips him with a global perspective and a multifaceted understanding of both domestic and international legal systems.

Before entering private practice, Caspar clerked for a Superior Court Judge, where he gained extensive judicial experience. He drafted legal opinions, conducted in-depth research, and collaborated with the judge on complex matters, sharpening his analytical and writing skills. This early exposure to judicial decision-making provided him with unique insights that he now applies to his litigation and client advocacy strategies, ensuring well-rounded and results-driven representation.

Beyond his legal practice, Caspar Jivalagian is deeply involved in community development and human rights initiatives. He has held leadership roles in local and international organizations and regularly meets with diplomats and legislators in Armenia, Artsakh, Washington, D.C., and Sacramento to promote equality and justice. Licensed in California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Caspar continues to advance his lifelong commitment to fairness, integrity, and public service.
