Carla P. Maresca

Carla P. Maresca is Of Counsel with more than three decades of experience in employment and civil rights law. Her practice covers employment litigation, mediation and arbitration, administrative agency proceedings, employment counseling, workplace investigations, and civil rights matters. She advises on federal and state employment-law compliance, represents clients before the EEOC and state agencies, drafts policies and handbooks, and provides training on workplace practices and legal obligations.

Maresca attended Villanova University and Villanova University School of Law. Her legal education supports a practice that spans litigation, compliance counseling, agency proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution. She is admitted in Pennsylvania and before the US Supreme Court, the Third and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeals, and federal district courts across Pennsylvania. Maresca founded and formerly co-chaired an Employment Law and Civil Rights Litigation Group at another Philadelphia firm, where she managed attorneys handling a wide range of employment matters.
