Eric C. Kim

Eric C. Kim is a partner at Morgan Lewis in Philadelphia who represents employers in complex labor and employment matters. His litigation practice includes wage and hour claims, systemic discrimination, pay equity, restrictive covenant disputes, and trade secret cases. He also advises on employment issues connected to mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and workplace use of artificial intelligence.
