Cameron L. Atkinson

Cameron L. Atkinson, Esq., is the owner and managing partner of Atkinson Law, LLC, where he focuses on criminal defense, civil rights, appeals, business law, and constitutional litigation. Known among peers as “The Computer” for his unmatched memory and grasp of constitutional and federal law, Cameron brings clarity and precision to each case. His ability to frame and present clients’ stories to judges and juries makes him a powerful advocate in both written and oral advocacy.

Cameron earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Liberty University in 2017. He went on to complete his J.D. and M.B.A. at Quinnipiac University in 2020. This combination of legal and business education allows him to advise not only on litigation but also on corporate operations, strategy, and emerging areas such as cryptocurrency. His strong academic and professional background has prepared him for high-stakes matters across diverse areas of law.

Cameron has represented clients ranging from celebrities and U.S. Cabinet officials to everyday individuals and businesses. His litigation experience spans criminal defense, employment discrimination, unfair trade practices, medical malpractice, securities, and complex business law disputes. In addition, he maintains an active appellate practice, serving as lead counsel in more than 30 appeals in both federal and state courts nationwide. He has also been counsel of record in matters before the United States Supreme Court.

A large part of Cameron L. Atkinson’s work is devoted to defending constitutional freedoms, including religious liberty, free speech, gun rights, and privacy rights. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, multiple U.S. Courts of Appeals, U.S. District Courts, and all Connecticut courts. With his blend of litigation skill, business insight, and dedication to constitutional principles, Cameron provides clients with strategic, results-driven advocacy.
