Lindsay N. McAneeley has built a career dedicated to representing a wide range of clients in litigation and environmental law. She works with landowners, developers, corporations, nonprofits, institutions, and individuals. Her practice covers mediation, arbitration, trial, appeals, and administrative hearings, often involving complex commercial matters, employment claims, intellectual property disputes, and product liability defense.

Lindsay earned her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Psychology, graduating with honors from the University of British Columbia. She then completed her J.D. summa cum laude at the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawai‘i. During law school, she externed for Judge David A. Ezra of the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawai‘i and worked as a research assistant to Professor Denise Antolini.

Lindsay has extensive experience with environmental regulations and proceedings, including compliance counseling, contested case hearings, enforcement actions, and administrative appeals. She has guided clients through challenges related to land use, shoreline erosion, historic preservation, and environmental remediation. Her work often involves advising on risk mitigation strategies and ensuring projects comply with state and federal environmental standards.

Lindsay also handles high-stakes commercial litigation and contract disputes, obtaining favorable outcomes in trials, arbitrations, and appeals. She regularly defends employers in claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, and trade secrets. In addition, she has represented clients in intellectual property cases, including arbitration over licensing disputes, as well as complex products liability and toxic tort defense.
