Brian J. Haverly is an attorney in Albuquerque, New Mexico, whose practice focuses on public utilities and businesses in the energy sector. He represents clients before administrative agencies and advises on regulatory requirements affecting their operations. Super Lawyers also named him a Southwest Rising Star in Utility Law from 2015 through 2017. He is a member of the New Mexico State Bar and its Business Law Section, where he previously chaired the board of directors. His community involvement includes past executive committee service on the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce board and membership in the United Way Young Leaders Society.
