David A. Freedman

David A. Freedman is a founding member of FBD Law in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His practice has focused on litigation in state and federal courts, including complex commercial, securities, and antitrust disputes, criminal defense, personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability matters. David has also handled significant class actions across the country, including cases involving antitrust, securities, contracts, and consumer claims, serving in lead, liaison, and principal counsel roles.

David earned his J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1973, where he served as an editor of the New Mexico Law Review. He previously earned his B.A. from Columbia University in 1966.
