Bobbi Sternheim

Bobbi Sternheim serves as Counsel at Fasulo Giordano & Di Maggio, where she brings decades of experience as a nationally respected trial attorney. Known for her strategic litigation skills and fearless courtroom advocacy, she defends clients in high-stakes federal and state criminal cases, including international and death-eligible matters.

Bobbi earned her Juris Doctor and holds an LL.M. in Advocacy as well as a master’s degree in forensic psychology. Her education and professional training reinforce her deep understanding of both legal and psychological dimensions of criminal litigation. She has taught trial advocacy at Cardozo, Pace, and Stetson law schools, including internationally in the UK.

Bobbi’s litigation record includes defending cases involving terrorism, racketeering, international fraud, and capital murder. She holds Top Secret/SCI Clearance and has represented extradited clients in complex, high-profile cases. She has also led successful civil suits, including claims against the Mission of Saudi Arabia and the U.S. Bureau of Prisons.

Bobbi is the first and only woman to receive the New York Criminal Bar Association’s Award for Excellence in the Profession. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a New York Super Lawyer, and AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Her accomplishments span acquittals, case dismissals, favorable sentencing, and successful parole advocacy.

Bobbi Sternheim also holds leadership roles in the criminal defense community, including serving as Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorney Representative for the Southern District of New York and on the U.S. Courts’ Defender Services Advisory Group. Her contributions extend to judicial committees and legal ethics panels, cementing her standing as a leader in criminal defense and public service.
