About
Alan Reyderman is an attorney with Pond Lehocky who practices workers’ compensation law in the firm’s Philadelphia office. His background includes work on both the plaintiff and defense sides of civil litigation. Earlier matters covered workers’ compensation, contracts, commercial transportation, premises liability, products liability, construction litigation, motor vehicle accidents, and defamation. This experience gives him familiarity with varied civil claims before his current concentration on workers’ compensation.
Alan earned a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and a B.S. in Neuroscience and Neurobiology from Pennsylvania State University. He is admitted in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the US District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. His legal and science education accompanies a practice involving injury-related disputes and the factual development required in contested civil matters.
Alan worked at civil defense firms and plaintiff-side firms before joining Pond Lehocky. He also clerked for the Honorable Gwendolyn Bright in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. In addition, he serves as a child advocate and guardian ad litem for children who have experienced abuse or neglect, helping secure social services, find alternative homes, and prepare children to testify in court when necessary.
Alan Reyderman brings experience from multiple sides of civil litigation to his present workers’ compensation practice. His prior work spans a broad range of civil claims, while his judicial clerkship adds experience with court procedure and case development. His service as a child advocate further reflects work on behalf of vulnerable individuals. He now applies this varied litigation background within a Philadelphia workers’ compensation practice.
