About

Abby Bannon-Schneebeck is an Associate in the litigation group, where her practice focuses primarily on employment matters, personal injury claims, product liability cases, and commercial disputes. She represents clients in civil litigation involving workplace issues, injury claims, business conflicts, and product-related concerns. Her practice requires careful evaluation of facts, legal research, written advocacy, and preparation for disputes that can involve significant financial, operational, or personal consequences for the parties involved.

Abby earned a J.D., cum laude, from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2022 and a B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Trinity University in 2019. During law school, she received the Roehl Mock Trial Award and participated in the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association and Women’s Law Caucus. Her academic work and advocacy experience developed skills in legal analysis, research, writing, and courtroom preparation that support her litigation practice.

Abby gained practical experience with several local law firms and worked with the New Mexico Civil Rights Commission while attending law school. Her work there included assisting with the drafting and passage of the New Mexico Civil Rights Act. That experience provided exposure to civil rights issues and the legislative process before she entered private practice. She now applies that background to litigation involving employment matters, personal injury, product liability, commercial disputes, insurance issues, and other complex civil claims.

Abby Bannon-Schneebeck is admitted to practice in New Mexico and continues to build a litigation practice across several areas of civil law. She handles matters requiring detailed factual analysis, effective written advocacy, and careful preparation for negotiations or court proceedings. Her background in mock trial, civil rights work, and private practice supports a practical approach to employment disputes, injury claims, product liability cases, and commercial litigation while helping clients address complicated legal issues.
