Chad Inderman

Chad Inderman is a senior partner and litigation managing partner at Glasheen, Valles & Inderman Injury Lawyers, representing injured clients in Texas and New Mexico, including Albuquerque. His practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters involving oilfield accidents, 18-wheeler crashes, commercial vehicle collisions, and industrial workplace injuries. Chad manages the firm’s litigation practice and prepares significant injury cases for negotiation, settlement, and trial.

Chad earned his J.D. with honors from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2004 after receiving his B.S. from Texas A&M University in 2001. He joined the firm after law school and developed a practice centered on serious injury litigation. His education and years of courtroom experience support his ability to analyze complex liability issues, work with technical evidence, and develop litigation strategies for clients facing severe injuries and substantial financial losses.

Chad has handled catastrophic injury cases involving oilfield operations throughout the Permian Basin, along with major truck crashes, commercial motor vehicle accidents, and industrial work injuries. His firm reports that he has recovered more than $500 million for clients as lead counsel through verdicts and settlements. He represents clients in significant cases across the United States and is admitted in Texas, New Mexico, federal district courts in Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
