Aaron Teitelbaum is a partner at Kressin Powers LLC and an accomplished trial lawyer and antitrust litigator. With over a decade of experience in high-stakes investigations and trials, he has earned a strong reputation for handling complex matters in antitrust law, white collar fraud, cybercrime, and national security. He has tried about 15 cases to verdict in federal and state courts nationwide and has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the California Court of Appeal. Aaron’s results-driven approach and deep courtroom experience make him a trusted advocate at every stage of litigation.

Aaron earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Biological Sciences and Music from Northwestern University. He then completed his J.D. at Stanford Law School, where he gained the skills that would launch his career in complex litigation. Aaron is admitted to practice in New York, California, and before several federal courts, including the Tenth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. He currently practices in Washington, D.C., under the supervision of members of the D.C. Bar at Kressin Powers LLC.

Before joining Kressin Powers LLC, Aaron served as Senior Litigation Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. He co-led landmark cases, including the DOJ’s challenges to JetBlue’s acquisition of Spirit Airlines and Google’s digital advertising practices. He earned three Assistant Attorney General Honorary Awards for his trial work and leadership. Prior to the Antitrust Division, Aaron was an Assistant United States Attorney in Colorado, where he led long-term wiretap investigations and handled complex prosecutions involving cybercrime, fraud, and narcotics.

Aaron Teitelbaum began his career at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, trying serious felony cases. He has clerked for judges in both the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. With his strong advocacy, extensive training, and clear results, Aaron is trusted by clients facing the toughest legal challenges.
