Adam M. Moskowitz

Adam M. Moskowitz is the Founding and Managing Partner of The Moskowitz Law Firm, where he leads high-profile class action and complex commercial litigation cases across the country. With decades of experience, he is widely recognized for his success in major settlements and courtroom victories benefiting consumer plaintiffs nationwide.

Adam earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1993. He served as Managing Editor and Associate Articles Editor of the University of Miami Law Review and was a member of the Bar and Gavel Society. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University, class of 1989.

Adam is a seasoned trial lawyer and a go-to lead counsel in many of the nation’s largest class action lawsuits. Recognized for his trial skills and strategic leadership, he has been honored by Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America®, Super Lawyers®, and Martindale-Hubbell®. His practice focuses on complex, multi-state litigation, where he regularly coordinates with top-tier law firms to develop and execute national legal strategies.

Beyond litigation, Adam has made significant contributions to legal education. For over 20 years, he has been an adjunct professor in class action litigation at the University of Miami School of Law, where he donates his salary annually to student scholarships. He also plays a national leadership role with the Duke Law Center for Judicial Studies and serves on the Duke Class Action Program Advisory Board.

He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
