Zeshaan Samani is a founding partner at Edwards Sutarwalla Samani LLP, where he focuses on business law, mergers and acquisitions, tax strategy, and real estate. Mr. Samani earned a B.B.A. in Managerial Sciences, cum laude, from Georgia State University. He then received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 2012, graduating in the top 5% of his class. In 2013, he earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, strengthening his specialized legal expertise.

Mr. Samani began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) in Houston, serving on the Mergers and Acquisitions tax team. While at PwC, he gained extensive experience in buy-side and sell-side structuring, due diligence, tax-free reorganizations, debt restructurings, legal entity simplification, and post-deal integration planning. He advised on purchase agreements, purchase price allocations, and tax return reporting issues, building strong technical knowledge in both domestic and international matters.

Zeshaan Samani later founded Samani Law Firm PLLC and also served as Of Counsel for Argentum Law, advising international clients on U.S. corporate and tax matters. Today, he provides sophisticated representation at Edwards Sutarwalla Samani LLP, combining private practice and global experience with advanced tax training. He continues to guide businesses and individuals through high-level corporate and tax issues, delivering clear and strategic solutions designed to maximize opportunities while minimizing legal and financial risks.
