Alex Linhardt is an accomplished trial lawyer whose practice includes complex business, entertainment, and real estate disputes. Alex earned his B.A. summa cum laude from Cornell University with distinction in all subjects. He then pursued graduate studies at Harvard University, completing an A.M. and a Ph.D. in English Language and Literature, supported by a five-year academic fellowship. Later, he obtained his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 2014, where he held judicial externships with both federal appellate and district court judges.

Alex gained extensive legal training through a range of judicial clerkships and externships. He worked with the Hon. George H. Wu of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, as well as the Hon. Milan D. Smith, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He later contributed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, where he prepared legal research and drafted proposed rulings, and also served in the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office within the Complex and Special Litigation Division.
