Zach Young

Zach Young is a partner-level attorney committed to helping clients resolve immigration and family law matters with care and dedication. He is an experienced advocate who brings both legal skill and personal insight to his work, representing individuals and families throughout Utah in complex legal situations.

Zach graduated summa cum laude from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law. During law school, he interned in both immigration and family law clinics, where he discovered his passion for serving people during challenging times.

Zach began his legal career working with nonprofit organizations that provide immigration services across Utah and Wyoming. He has also served as a general practitioner and contract attorney in both Kansas and Utah, gaining experience in construction litigation, bankruptcy, estate planning, landlord-tenant law, guardianships, and family law cases.

Zach is fluent in Spanish and English, a skill that allows him to communicate effectively with a broad range of clients. His dedication to immigration law is deeply rooted in personal experiences and community ties formed while serving a religious mission in Nicaragua, where he witnessed firsthand the hardships many families face in pursuit of a better future.

Zach is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and holds active status with the Utah Supreme Court. He also maintains an inactive license with the Kansas Supreme Court, reflecting his broad legal background and licensure across multiple jurisdictions.
