John S. Joyce

John S. Joyce has practiced law for over three decades, representing individuals in criminal defense, civil litigation, and family law matters across Wisconsin. John earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University in 1985, majoring in Political Science and German. After completing a year of graduate studies with a scholarship and research assistantship in Political Science, he went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1989.

John is licensed to practice by the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the United States Federal District Courts for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. His courtroom record includes achieving dismissals and not guilty verdicts in jury trials involving charges such as felony OWI, white collar crimes, sexual assault, and homicide. He has also reduced charges through strategic motion work and negotiations.
