Yolanda J. Bromfield is an associate focusing her practice on business and commercial litigation, electronic discovery, and investigations. She advises clients in complex disputes and provides support across all stages of litigation. Ms. Bromfield brings valuable experience from her clerkships and legal training, which enhance her ability to manage discovery, motions, and case preparation in state and federal courts, while guiding clients through intricate legal and procedural challenges.
Ms. Bromfield earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and a Corporate Compliance Fellow. She also holds an M.A. from Columbia University Teachers College and a B.S., cum laude, from Hartwick College. Admitted in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, she is well-prepared to serve diverse client needs.
Ms. Bromfield’s legal foundation includes clerkships with the Honorable Jessica S. Allen, U.S.M.J., and the Honorable Yolanda Ciccone, A.J.S.C. She also interned with the Honorable Marysol Rosero and worked as a summer associate at a respected law firm. These experiences provided firsthand insight into judicial processes, motion practice, and litigation management. Today, she applies this knowledge to support individuals and businesses facing discovery disputes, investigations, and commercial litigation challenges.
Yolanda J. Bromfield has been recognized as a Rising Star in New Jersey Super Lawyers, included on the National Black Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40,” and listed on the Lawyers of Color “Hot List.” She also received the LCLD Pathfinder Program Atlas Award in 2023.
