About
Taylor Ambrosius is an attorney whose practice encompasses business and commercial litigation, personal injury, probate, estate, and trust litigation, as well as construction law. She represents clients in complex disputes across South Carolina, combining her litigation skills with practical problem-solving to achieve results tailored to client needs.
Taylor earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law in 2022, where she was a member of the Presidential Honors Society. She received four CALI Awards for excellence in Contracts I, Evidence, Lawyers and the Media, and Secured Transactions. Taylor also served as an Article Editor for the Charleston Law Review and held board positions with the Entertainment, Art, and Sports Law Society. Before law school, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, graduating in 2018, and earned a language certificate in French.
Taylor’s legal experience includes serving as a summer law clerk at Rosen Hagood, clerking with another Charleston firm, and externing with the Charleston Legal Access program. During law school, she also competed in the 2021 Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition, where she earned the Oral Advocacy Award on behalf of her school. Taylor later gained additional experience as an intern with Lincoln Square Legal Services and as a legal intern for the Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project.
Taylor Ambrosius’s accomplishments have been recognized by her peers, including her selection to the South Carolina Rising Stars list in Business Litigation (2025) and inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America (2025–2026) in multiple practice areas. Dedicated to her clients and community, Taylor is an active member of the South Carolina Bar, Charleston County Bar, and South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, as well as a Host Committee Member for Charleston Legal Access.
