Yitz E. Weiss

Yitz E. Weiss is an experienced employment attorney with nearly two decades of success in litigating various employment law cases, including unpaid wage and overtime claims, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, FEHA violations, and Unequal Pay Act disputes. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yeshiva University, Yitz pursued a Degree of Rabbinic Ordination before attending Southwestern University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2006—an honor reserved for the top 10% of students. As an Associate Editor of the Southwestern Law Review, he honed his legal writing and research skills, which have been invaluable in complex litigation matters.
