Aaron E. Rifkind

Aaron completed his LLM in Taxation at Georgetown University Law Center, following his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University. As a seasoned litigator, Aaron has been lead counsel in over 2,000 administrative hearings and more than 1,000 cases before state and federal courts, including high-profile appeals before the 7th Circuit. His approach to legal issues is informed by his personal experience as a business owner, which allows him to offer practical, data-driven solutions tailored to the needs of his clients. In 2015, Aaron co-founded Rifkind Patrick LLC, a law firm that emphasizes client-focused legal services. The firm specializes in areas such as general transactions, business operations, compliance, commercial real estate, and construction disputes.

Aaron E. Rifkind is a regular speaker at conferences and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) events, and has served as the chief arbitrator in the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Program.
