Xiaojuan Carrie Huang, founder of Huang Law LLC, is an accomplished attorney licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania. She represents clients in immigration, consumer bankruptcy, personal injury, medical malpractice, business formation, and commercial litigation. With bilingual fluency in English and Chinese and a strong cross-cultural background, she advises individuals, professionals, investors, and businesses on both local and international legal matters.

Carrie earned her B.A. in Law from Nanjing University in China before obtaining her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. She began her career with the Law Office of Bruce Hudson, focusing on litigation, and went on to establish her own firm to provide comprehensive legal services. Her training in both the U.S. and China uniquely positions her to assist international clients, particularly those from China, in setting up Delaware business entities and navigating U.S. legal requirements.

Carrie’s immigration law practice spans both family-based and employment-based visas, including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, National Interest Waivers (NIW), and EB-5 investor visas, as well as naturalization and a wide range of non-immigrant visas.
