Mr. Koenig earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Simpson College in 2003 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 2007. While in law school, he served as editor-in-chief of the Creighton Law Review and later clerked for the Nebraska Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice in multiple state and federal courts across the country, including the Eighth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
