William P. Sepulveda

William P. Sepulveda is a dedicated trial attorney with Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath. William earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2013, where he built a foundation in leadership and service. William then obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2017. During law school, he excelled on the National Trial Team, competing in seven state and national tournaments and winning multiple championships. He also earned honors in Trial Practice, Civil Procedure, and Prosecution Clinics, while gaining courtroom experience as a Certified Legal Intern with the State Attorney’s Office in Gainesville.

William began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in West Palm Beach, where he handled more than 70 jury trials covering both violent and nonviolent offenses. Following his tenure as a prosecutor, he joined a large insurance defense firm, representing national carriers in claims involving catastrophic auto negligence, premises liability, and bad faith litigation. This defense-side experience gave him unique insight into the strategies insurance companies use to minimize claims.
