David L. Charles

David L. Charles is a highly accomplished trial attorney with decades of courtroom and appellate experience. His work covers civil jury trials for both plaintiffs and defendants, including cases involving commercial disputes, lender liability, product liability, professional malpractice, trade secrets, employment issues, estate conflicts, and real estate matters. His background also extends to the oil and gas industry and numerous appellate arguments.

David earned his undergraduate degree from Parsons College in 1972, graduating Magna Cum Laude in political science. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor, graduating with High Distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1974. He is admitted to practice in Iowa, Montana, multiple federal district courts, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Eighth and Ninth Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
