William C. Bovender

William C. Bovender is an experienced attorney at Hunter, Smith & Davis, LLP, focusing on corporate transactions, litigation, and labor and employment law. With more than 30 years of practice, he has represented both private- and public-sector clients in complex commercial, employment, and product liability cases. His work includes securing multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements, serving as lead counsel for major clients, and acting as local counsel in important class action lawsuits. Mr. Bovender has also represented national energy producers before regulatory commissions, showing his broad expertise in legal matters.
