Allan N. MacLean is an experienced employment law and civil litigation attorney who concentrates on workplace matters affecting both individuals and organizations. His practice centers on resolving disputes tied to compensation, leaves of absence, terminations, and claims involving harassment or discrimination. Allan built his legal foundation through a structured academic path. He completed his undergraduate education at College of the Holy Cross in 1999. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2005, graduating cum laude. Allan spent approximately twelve years practicing at one of the largest national law firms in the country, where his work focused exclusively on workplace law. He represented employers of all sizes across diverse industries and gained deep insight into compliance and litigation risk. Earlier in his career, he clerked for the Justices of the Superior Court in Massachusetts, strengthening his understanding of judicial decision-making.
