Todd J. Bennett

Todd J. Bennett is an accomplished attorney with decades of courtroom and advisory experience across employment law, business disputes, and civil litigation. His practice centers on representing individuals and businesses in high-stakes matters involving workplace rights, contracts, real estate conflicts, and unfair trade practices, with a strong focus on practical results.

Todd completed his undergraduate education at the University of Florida in 1993. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1996. These academic foundations supported his entry into complex litigation and prepared him for handling demanding legal disputes across multiple jurisdictions.

Todd concentrates his practice on employment law and employment litigation, including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wage and hour disputes, and non-competition matters. His work also includes commercial and general business litigation, contract disputes, real estate litigation, construction conflicts, and claims under M.G.L. Chapter 93A.

Todd has represented a broad range of clients, from individuals and start-up companies to large corporations.
