William Babich

William Babich is a nationally recognized trial attorney who has dedicated his career to representing individuals in complex personal injury and trucking accident cases. Known for his strategic litigation skills, he has earned high praise from peers and clients for helping victims of negligence secure justice through trials, appeals, and arbitration.

William began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Science, graduating cum laude from Eastern Michigan University in 1974. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1981. In 2011, he completed intensive litigation training at Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer College, enhancing his courtroom advocacy.

William concentrates his practice on motor vehicle accident cases, including car, truck, motorcycle, and bicycle crashes, as well as uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, premises liability, and product liability matters. He is widely recognized as a leader in trucking accident litigation, frequently publishing in legal journals and speaking at industry seminars on trucking law and serious injury cases.

William holds Bar admissions in Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of multiple prestigious organizations, including the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, APITLA, the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, and the American Association for Justice.

William’s contributions extend beyond the courtroom. He has authored key chapters in the Colorado Auto Litigator’s Handbook and delivered impactful presentations on federal motor carrier safety regulations, medical confidentiality, and insurance disputes. His writing in Trial Talk earned the Best Article of the Year award in 1994.
