Simeon J. Osborn is a highly respected trial attorney with decades of litigation experience, notably in complex personal injury, wrongful death, and civil rights cases. He has successfully tried over 50 jury trials and reached numerous multimillion-dollar settlements, including an $11 million resolution against the King County Sheriff’s Office in an excessive force case.
Simeon earned his B.A. from Whitman College in 1980, later receiving his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 1984. He is admitted to practice in Washington State and several federal jurisdictions, including the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Military Appeals.
Simeon has championed justice for children and families across 16 states harmed by defective toys and unsafe recreational environments, such as trampoline parks. His advocacy changed school safety protocols after tragic drowning incidents and helped secure a $1.4 million verdict in a student stabbing case against a school district.
