Janelle Bailey

Janelle Bailey is the founding attorney of Washington Injury Law, a respected Seattle-based firm focused on personal injury cases. She has built a strong reputation for fighting for clients hurt in car accidents, trucking collisions, and other serious incidents. Janelle has taken on major insurance and trucking companies, winning six- and seven-figure settlements and verdicts. Her deep courtroom experience and dedication to justice have helped many people get the compensation they deserve.

Janelle holds a J.D. from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law and a B.S. in Physics from Illinois Wesleyan University. Her background in science strengthens her legal work, especially in complex cases involving technical details.

Janelle began her legal career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office. There, she appeared in court nearly every day and handled hundreds of cases, quickly developing strong trial skills. Janelle then worked as a patent attorney at two well-known law firms, using her physics degree to handle intellectual property matters. Eventually, she chose to focus on helping injury victims by founding her own firm.

Janelle is a graduate of the prestigious Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which recognizes lawyers who have won multi-million dollar cases. She has also been named one of the Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers. She is licensed to practice in Washington, Missouri, and before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
