Janelle Bailey

Janelle Bailey is the founding attorney of Washington Injury Law, a respected Seattle-based firm focused on personal injury cases. She has built a strong reputation for fighting for clients hurt in car accidents, trucking collisions, and other serious incidents. Janelle has taken on major insurance and trucking companies, winning six- and seven-figure settlements and verdicts. Her deep courtroom experience and dedication to justice have helped many people get the compensation they deserve.

Janelle holds a J.D. from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law and a B.S. in Physics from Illinois Wesleyan University. Her background in science strengthens her legal work, especially in complex cases involving technical details.

Janelle launched her legal career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney with the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office, where she appeared in court almost daily and managed hundreds of cases, rapidly sharpening her trial advocacy skills. She then transitioned into intellectual property law, working as a patent attorney at two prominent law firms and leveraging her physics degree to handle complex patent and IP matters. Today, Janelle channels that experience into her own law firm, dedicated exclusively to fighting for injury victims and securing the compensation they deserve.

Janelle is a graduate of the prestigious Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which recognizes lawyers who have won multi-million dollar cases.
