Melissa began her academic journey at the University of Hawaii at Manoa before earning her degree cum laude from Seattle Pacific University in 2000. She then pursued her legal education at Seattle University School of Law, graduating in 2003. Her academic background laid a strong foundation for her legal expertise and trial advocacy.
