William B. McDaniel

William B. McDaniel provides legal representation to debtors and creditors across Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. With a primary focus on Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, William has successfully guided individuals and businesses through complex reorganizations. His experience spans a wide range of industries, including hospitality, retail, transportation, development, real estate, and religious organizations.

William earned his J.D., cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010, graduating in the top 5% of his class. He served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Law Review, was a Pro Bono Honors Graduate, and completed a judicial internship with the Middle District of Florida. He holds a B.S. in Journalism from Georgia Southern University, which he completed in 2004.
