Lauren W. Box

Lauren W. Box is an experienced attorney concentrating on bankruptcy law. She works closely with clients involved in Chapter 11 reorganizations and Chapter 7 consumer cases. Her legal practice also includes representing Chapter 7 Panel Trustees in various contested matters. Lauren is known for her dedication to her clients and her careful handling of complex financial cases.

Lauren began her academic path at the University of Florida, where she earned her undergraduate degree. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While there, she served as Staff Editor and was recognized as the Law Review Staff Editor of the Year for 2012–2013. Her academic success built a strong foundation for her legal career.

During law school, Lauren served as a judicial extern for Honorable Chief Bankruptcy Judge Emeritus Paul M. Glenn in the Middle District of Florida. This position introduced her to bankruptcy law and played a key role in shaping her career. The experience led directly to her first position as an associate attorney working on Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases.

Lauren W. Box is admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She has developed a reputation for strong legal insight and careful representation in all stages of the bankruptcy process.

Lauren is currently a Board Member of the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association for the 2023–2024 term. She is active in pro bono work through the Legal Assistance Program for the Middle District of Florida and the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid’s In-Person Bankruptcy Clinic. She is also a licensed real estate agent, adding another layer of insight to her legal work.
