Kevin Paysinger

Kevin Paysinger is a dedicated bankruptcy attorney representing clients across Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. He focuses primarily on Chapter 7 bankruptcy, guiding individual and business debtors through the legal process with clarity and care. Kevin also handles Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 filings, creditor representation, adversary proceedings, foreclosure defense, debt settlement, estate planning, and probate matters.

Kevin earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville in 2008. He also holds a B.B.A. in Business Management and Marketing from the University of North Florida, completed in 2003.

Before becoming an attorney, Kevin spent eight years at the firm learning directly from its founder, Lansing Roy. That hands-on experience built a strong foundation in bankruptcy law, complex case strategy, and client advocacy. Today, Kevin is recognized for his compassionate, results-focused approach to bankruptcy and debt relief. He works to reduce clients’ stress during financial hardship by pinpointing legal issues, explaining options clearly, and developing practical solutions that help them regain control and move forward with confidence.

Kevin is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Courts for both the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He is an active member of the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
