Kevin Paysinger

Kevin Paysinger is a dedicated bankruptcy attorney representing clients across Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. He focuses primarily on Chapter 7 bankruptcy, guiding individual and business debtors through the legal process with clarity and care. Kevin also handles Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 filings, creditor representation, adversary proceedings, foreclosure defense, debt settlement, estate planning, and probate matters.

Kevin earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville in 2008. He also holds a B.B.A. in Business Management and Marketing from the University of North Florida, completed in 2003.

Before becoming an attorney, Kevin worked for eight years at the firm under the mentorship of its founder, Lansing Roy. This experience gave him a solid foundation in bankruptcy law and case strategy. Today, Kevin is known for his compassionate, solution-driven approach. He aims to ease clients’ stress during financial hardship by identifying legal challenges and finding practical resolutions to help them move forward.

Kevin is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Courts for both the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He is an active member of the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
