Wayne Meuleman

Wayne Meuleman is a member of Meuleman Law in Boise with a long-standing practice in construction law, business law, real estate law, and litigation. His clients have included contractors, construction managers, design-builders, suppliers, manufacturers, owners, developers, sureties, real estate investors, and related businesses. He advises on major projects, commercial contracts, real estate transactions, financing, business formation, claims, and dispute resolution.

Wayne earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Idaho in 1970 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1972. He was admitted to the Idaho State Bar that year. His education and decades of construction-industry work provide a foundation for understanding how legal, contractual, financial, and operational issues interact throughout the life of a public or private project.

Wayne has represented clients in federal, state, and local government construction, commercial construction contracts, complex real estate transactions, project financing, mediation, arbitration, dispute review boards, and litigation in state and federal courts. Since 1980, he has also served as Executive Director and general counsel to the Idaho State Building Authority, guiding the financing, development, and construction of numerous government facilities and public projects.

Wayne Meuleman has received professional recognition for construction law and litigation and has remained active in industry and professional organizations. His practice combines transactional counseling with dispute experience, allowing him to advise clients from contract formation and project planning through claims and litigation. His long involvement with contractors, public entities, and real estate participants gives clients practical guidance on managing risk and completing complex projects.
